So the show went really great! Hollie and I both sold works and had a really good time, especially at the opening. Lot's of friends and lots of people we didn't know showed, which was really good and surprising at the same time!
Just want to express some thanks to everyone who did come, we really appreciate the support!
Hollie and I have both started up again, reformed the Gallery space, back into it's almost original studio form and have got back to work.
I decided to continue with the whole Weird Charlie illustrations, but moved onto what might be called "Chapter II" - Titled, Forever into the woods.
I'll eventually have a detailed explanation of the works that were produced for "the garage show", along with all the pictures to partner the explanation; which will hopefully help to understand how I could possibly be having a second chapter. I don't like calling it that, though - but I guess it's what it almost is? - I'll have an explanation on "forever into the woods" soon also.
The aim is to have ten or so works produced within a three month time period, in which I hope to hold another show, where I can showcase the "forever into the woods" series.
Photo's should be up soon from the show and all the works available for purchase!
Also, www.pocketsandtwine.etsy.com - should be up and running soon!
That's it.
Ryan.
